Road to Sustainability
Our operations have thus far been supported by generous private sponsors who have helped launch the project off the ground and into its first year of classes. The school seeks sponsors to sustain the annual operations budget until the time of full self-sustainability, which is projected to be in 2015, or until we reach our capital campaign goal. Trinity Yard aims to raise $100,000 in its capital campaign in order to build facilities in which the school will operate, and where it will host fee-paying groups that will satisfy our annual operations budget.
The annual operations budget for the school depends on donations made by individuals who believe that every child deserves an education and the opportunity to live a healthy, productive life. A donation to Trinity Yard School is a direct way to make a tangible difference in the lives of the youth, as well as a chance to form a very real connection to a place and its people.
The work put into this project by its directors and board members is unpaid and 100% of donations go directly to the Trinity Yard School students and the youth of Cape Three Points. The following is a breakdown of what a donation will support, on a yearly basis. A donation of any size is greatly appreciated.
